AirAsia Credit Card

Rexcel is excited about her shiny new AirAsia credit card by RCBC Bankard, Philippines.

On Valentine’s day I got a very special gift: a shiny new credit card, the AirAsia Credit Card (a Visa card), offered to me by my credit card issuer, RCBC Bankard, Philippines. ♥️

My Classic Mastercard from RCBC Bankard, Philippines

I already have a Classic Mastercard from RCBC Bankard here in the Philippines – so, according to this sales person on the phone, they had recently reviewed and analyzed my account with RCBC Bankard and decided to offer me another, better credit card than the one I already have.

RCBC JCB Gold credit card

They had actually called to offer me the RCBC JCB Gold card, with at least double the credit limit of my existing card, but I asked them if it was all right if I really wanted something else.

To cut a long story short, they said it was not a problem and that I should expect delivery of my AirAsia Credit Card within a couple of weeks.

Sweet!

My partner and I have plans to travel this year; at least to one destination this year. Of course we plan to fly with AirAsia, as usual. So this AirAsia Credit Card is timely, convenient and useful.

I will update this blog once I have the AirAsia Credit Card in my hands.

Despite what the kind RCBC lady said on the phone, and knowing how long it really took RCBC Bankard to deliver my first card, I am not betting anything that I will get the AirAsia Credit Card within a month, let alone 2 weeks! 😄
